curriculum area including technology, math and the arts.
Communication Theme:
The communication curriculum is structured to allow kindergarten
students to explore the world of communications, and each
subsequent grade to explore a different medium.

design communication activities that are based on USD259
Curriculum Standards and integrated with the arts. The
activities are filled with rich opportunities to explore a
variety of media and to utilize work force skills.

Price Harris partners
with CARES, Inc! CARES, Canine Assistance Rehabilitation
Education Services, is a non-profit independent living center
which specializes in canine assistance. Our students will take
on the community communications service project of developing a
promotional video tape and a website for CARES!!

Harris Site Council is active and involved in our school.
You are welcome to attend our monthly Site Council Meetings.
Meeting Day: Third Thursday

Parent Teacher's
Association: Our PTO is focused on promoting our school and
providing enriching activities for our students. They sponsor
several major events at our school ranging from Spell-A-Thon,
Harvest Festival, fundraisers and snacks for staff. If you
would like to get involved, please contact our school. Our PTO
President is Mrs. Patrice Hinecker.
